After the engine enters the normal operating temperature, the heat dissipated by the heater water tank is negligible (calculate its heat dissipation area), so it will not increase the fuel consumption. When the warm air motor works, it needs some electric energy. Theoretically, it will increase some fuel consumption, but it can be ignored. Moreover, the speed is high, especially when running a long distance, the heater motor can not be turned on.
